Additionally, with guaranteed minimum pay, drivers can expect to earn between $1,450 to $1,850 per week before taxes, translating to an average annual salary of $70,000 to $85,000 depending on home time and weekend running. Moreover, we offer a $1,250 sign-on bonus along with a competitive compensation package starting at 26% of linehaul, increasing to 27% after 6 months, 28% after 2 years, and 29% after 10 years.  Furthermore, our drivers also enjoy monthly performance bonuses for timely paperwork submission and on-time tracking.

With 90% of our freight paying detention after just 1 hour from pick up or delivery time, drivers can count on being compensated for wait time which rarely happens. Additionally, health insurance is available after 3 months, and we offer one week of paid vacation after 1 year, along with a 401K plan featuring matching contributions up to 3%. Moreover, our fleet consists of top-of-the-line Peterbilts, with drivers given the opportunity to choose the color of their new trucks. In addition, trailers are 53’ Wabash trailers with Carrier Units, all 8 years old or newer. While our driving routes are primarily east of the Mississippi, drivers are able to load farther out. Lastley, Drivers are required to stay out for a minimum of 17 days before returning home for 4-5 days, with the option to extend for longer home time. Join us for a rewarding career on the road.
